Help is on the way (0700H 23Oct2015)

At 0700H the convoy of task force Ground Zero awaits departure in front of the NDRRMC building in Camp Aguinaldo. The task force is formed to setup and operate Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR)  in Aurora province.  The lead team left early morning of 23 October, via an AFP C130 aircraft.
