DSWD Assistant Secretary Vilma B. Cabrera leads the meeting of the task force Ground Zero. The taskforce is formed to setup and operate Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR)  in Aurora, one of the badly hit provinces by Typhoon Lando.
