The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will affect Mindanao, weather bureau PAGASA said Tuesday.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms, according to PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast.
Residents were advised of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for the whole country would be light to moderate, while coastal water conditions would be slight to moderate, ranging from 0.6 to 2.1 meters.
The sun will rise over Metro Manila at 5:38 a.m. on Wednesday. —Mel Matthew Doctor/VBL, GMA News
