Holy bible, hygiene kits distributed to Central Luzon cops

CAMP OLIVAS, San Fernando, Pampanga – Hygiene kits to take care of their physical well-being, and Holy Bibles for their spiritual enrichment.
These were what Police Regional Office-3 Director Brig. Gen. Rhodel Sermonia had in mind when he presided over the distribution of thousands of hygiene kits and copies of the Holy Bible to police personnel manning control points in Central Luzon.
“ Amidst this pandemic, our frontliners’ primary weapons apart from their guns and equipment are their faith to the Almighty which shield them from danger,” Sermonia said.
Sermonia noted that there were about 10,000 police personnel deployed in more than 120 control points in Central Luzon.
“The hygiene kits are for their physical well-being while the Holy Bible is for their spiritual enrichment,” he added.
