Digital Infantry (1600H 21Oct2015)

An Emergency Response Integration Center  (ERIC) engineer who is part of the digital infantry trains members of the SRR cluster in using the IMS system.  Volunteers from ERIC, Rappler and other groups scour social media mediums for request and inquiries related to Typhoon Lando, while members of the response clusters take due action.
