COVID-19 cases within PNP now at 310; death toll remains at 4

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 30) — Eight more individuals within the police ranks catch the coronavirus disease, as infections rise to 310 as of Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Philippine National Police confirmed that there are 12 new recoveries, bringing the total number of survivors to 161.

The death toll within the organization remains at four.

There are also 677 suspected cases and 702 probable persons under investigation among its personnel.

The Philippines now has a total of 17,224 COVID-19 cases, with 3,808 recoveries and 950 deaths.
