Metro Manila will go into GCQ as well next month. Other areas are:

*Region 2 or Cagayan Valley (Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Santiago City)

*Region 3 or Central Luzon (Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac)

*Region 4-A or Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon, Lucena City)

*Albay

*Pangasinan

*Region 7 or Central Visayas (Bohol, Cebu, Negros Oriental, Siquijor)

*Davao City.

“Ang lahat po ng ibang lugar sa Pilipinas na hindi ko nabanggit, lahat po kayo ay nasa modified GCQ,” Roque said.

[Translation: All the areas in the Philippines which I did not mention, all of you are under modified GCQ.]

President Rodrigo Duterte earlier approved the recommendation of the Inter-agency Task Force to downgrade the quarantine restrictions in the capital region, which was reclassified as “high-to-moderate-risk area.”
