MANILA – The Catholic Church has left the conduct of contact tracing up to its dioceses and parishes depending on their capacity, a bishop said Thursday.
Some churches give out forms, some have a logbook, while some require an online appointment, Manila Auxiliary Bishop Broderick Pabillo.
“Binibigyan namin ng kalayaan ‘yung mga parokya. Ang mahalaga mayroong paraan ng contact tracing. Kasi hindi natin pwede masabi lahat, iba ‘yung Quiapo, iba ‘yung maliit na parokya,” he told ABS-CBN’s Teleradyo.
Up to 10 persons are allowed in religious gatherings in Metro Manila and other urban areas after they were placed under general community quarantine on June 1.
