Barbershops reopen amid GCQ

A resident gets a haircut at a small neighborhood barbershop along Congressional Avenue in Quezon City on Sunday. The Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Disease allowed the reopening of salons and barbershops as long as guidelines on safety and physical distancing are strictly followed.
