Synopsis: At 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) formerly T.D. ONYOK was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Makilala, North Cotabato (6.8N, 125.0E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

Forecast: Cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides will be experienced over Mindanao, Bicol region, Central and Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Western Visayas.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the northeast to north over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.
