Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms

 

Place:  The provinces of Cagayan, Batanes, Isabela and Apayao

Weather Condition:  Cloudy skies with light rains

Caused by: Northeasterly Surface Windflow

Impacts:  No Significant impact


Place:  Metro Manila and the rest of the country

Weather Condition:  Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers

Caused by: Localized Thunderstorms
