SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 655 km East Northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (13.0 N, 131.4 E ). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.

 

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

 

Eastern Visayas Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by Trough of LPA

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms  caused by Southwest Monsoon

Metro Manila and the rest of  the country Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by Localized thunderstorms
