SYNOPSIS:  At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "RAMON" {KALMAEGI} was estimated based on all available data at 455 km East Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (16.9 °N, 126.1 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving North at 15 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

 

 

Place: Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Eastern Visayas, and the provinces of Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon

Weather Condition: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms

Caused by: TS -RAMON-

Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms

 

Place: Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera

Weather Condition: Cloudy skies with light rains

Caused by: Northeast Monsoon

Impacts: No Significant impact

 

Place: Metro Manila and the rest of the country

Weather Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers
