SYNOPSIS: 

At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "HENRY"   was estimated based on all available data at  530 km East of Calayan, Cagayan  (18.9 °N, 126.5 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h.  Moving  West  Southwest at  25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of the country.

 

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS: 

 
Batanes, northern portion of Cagayan including Babuyan Group of Islands, northern portion of Apayao, and northern portion of Ilocos Norte will have Rains with gusty winds caused by TD Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate  with occasional heavy rains

 Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro, Palawan and Western Visayas will have Monsoon rains caused by Southwest Monsoon Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.  

Metro Manila and the rest of  Luzon will have Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstormss caused by Southwest Monsoon/TD Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
