Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Northern Luzon. 

 

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Ilocos Region will have a cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms  caused by Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding in low lying areas

 

Metro Manila and the rest of  the country  will have a partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms . Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
