Caused by: Northeast Monsoon

Impacts: Gusty conditions in coastal and mountainous areas

 

Place: Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon

Weather Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains

Caused by: Northeast Monsoon

Impacts: Gusty conditions in coastal and mountainous areas
