PAGASA said the Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora will experience moderate with occasional heavy rains Wednesday.

Tisoy, the country's strongest typhoon so far this year, first hit land over Gubat, Sorsogon. It later made landfall over Burias Island and Torrijos in Marinduque and Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.

The storm claimed at least 2 lives and canceled flights, government work, and classes in parts of the country.
