Based on the forecast of weather state bureau PAGASA on July 30, the provinces of Mindoro, and Northern Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers due to habagat or southwest monsoon.

Meanwhile, there will be localized thunderstorms in Metro Manila and the rest of the country that will likely occur in the late afternoon or evening.

PAGASA said there is no low-pressure area (LPA) that will affect the country within 24 hours. — Rey Pelayo | UNTV News & Rescue
