SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 485 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (18.1 N, 126.3 E ). Southwest Monsoon affecting the northern and western section of Northern Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

 

Bicol Region will have Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by Trough of LPA, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will have Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by Southwest Monsoon, Metro Manila and the rest of  the country  will have Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers cause by Localized thunderstorms

Weather service PAGASA reported in a Wednesday morning forecast that a low-pressure area (LPA) was 100 kilometers east of Daet, Camarines Norte a 3 a.m. The LPA's trough would bring cloudy conditions with light to moderate rain and isolated thunderstorm over the Eastern Visayas and Bicol Region. The Ilocos and Cordillera Administrative Regions, as well as the Batanes and Babuyan Islands, would also be cloudy with light to moderate rain and isolated thunderstorms, but this time due to the southwest monsoon.
